There is probably a boost leak somewhere. I would find a trustworthy mechanic and get a boost leak test done. While you're at it get a compression and leakdown test. Also send out a sample of oil to blackstone to test. And have the tune looked at. Thats just to start. I would do a lot of research and make sure the car is healthy.
